$2600 pre order for M3 Pro 12 CPU 16 GPU 38GB unified RAM…which is what I would call the bare minimum for any professional AI or seriously professional editing.

Does unified ram mean system ram and vram are shared?
Yep
I doubt they have 12 CPUs and 16 GPUs and only 38GB of RAM :-D
That’s like 3GB RAM per CPU not even counting the GPUs :-P
Learn the difference between cores and CPUs and GPUs and I guess some GPU processing unit…
It all sounds great until you realize many softwares don’t run on ARM processors.
Also, even more don’t run on Mac’s… So it’s kind of layers of disappointnent you’ve got to deal with here.
