Somehow I forgot about Ping Pong the Animation! Such a touching sports anime and the OP is great too.
“How Heavy Are The Dumbbells You Lift?” just jumped up a few places in my watchlist. Looks fun to watch
I haven’t watched this show but the song sounds nostalgic already, if that makes sense.
Going through this exercise, I really like jazzy, hip hop, and, sometimes, heavy metal openings. (Still get chills from Attack on Titan’s “Rumbling” OP.) I’ve hyperlinked each song below for specificity (and nostalgia).
Going back 10+ years ago: Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Cowboy Bebop, Gintama, YuYu Hakusho, and One Piece are the anime openings that come to mind.
More recently: Love is War, Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Samurai Champloo, One Punch Man, My Hero Aca, Black Clover are all top tier.
Didn’t make the list, but shoutout to Bleach for having one of the most memorable soundtracks in all of anime.
How about instead of cheating on my mom, teach me how to talk to girls… and don’t cheat on my mom lol
I’m not even sure you know what my argument is. I haven’t articulated a full point so I think there’s some filling in the gaps going on. But what I wrote up above (without people reading into it) is factual.

Disney: You weren’t supposed to do that
How dare you misrepresent us in this manner. Outrageous!
Lemmy is an echo chamber too. Pro-Linux, anti-Google, pro-Socialism, anti-conservative. I’m still here because I happen to agree with the echo chamber, but let’s not pretend that a diversity of ideas are allowed equal say on this platform.
I don’t know what you’d consider “sizable” but a lot of people these days are spiritual without being religious. Which is unsurprising. Atheism/agnosticism are on the rise, so it makes sense that people who believe in a god but don’t subscribe to a particular religion are also on the rise.
I’m an introvert with very low social needs. During the pandemic it took months of quarantine for me to get lonely, and nearly a year to realize I was touch starved.
But to answer your question, when I’m in a relationship I don’t get lonely and if I’m single I rely more on family for my social needs.
You’re assuming belief in the Abrahamic God to make your argument easier. But not all theists subscribe to such a position. And belief in a disinterested god who created the universe seems just as plausible as believing in a disinterested programmer who wrote a simulation.
