For me, crepes ain’t worth the stress to make fresh. Just buy a little pack from store and focus on filling is my go to.

    We make hundreds of jars a year and can them. We grow and process all our own meat and veg however. I can’t even with the stuff from the store anymore. It tastes worse than a salt lick.
