keep in mind those were (IIRC) homedepot style buckets, filled with things like first aid kits and other things that were also helpful in an emergency, kitty litter was just one of the things (and is a super thoughtful solution to, uh, that particular problem.) It is not what Jensen was on about (or the other weirdos bringing this up, in Michigan.)
