I enjoy startmail professionally and mailbox.org privately. I was on tutanota for a couple years but their support is abysmally bad, and they won’t care about you paying for a service they don’t deliver, so I’d recommend to stay away.
Weird. Support was top tier when I had issues. I also own a business account for 30-35 people, and the issues we get are easily resolved by Tutanota. You most likely got a bad rep.
That or they’re good with easy to solve issues, and less good with problems they don’t understand, care about, or difficult issues all around. Plus I suppose they care a lot more about 30+ users business accounts than a single user who only pays 1 buck a month…
Either way, I’m not going back, I had it with them.
