It seems like its just for.memes in general with no specific …rules but at times it also seems to revolve around LGBQT+ content, also what is with the constant mention of ‘rule’?

As for the rule, “once entering the community you must post before leaving.” This leads to folks slow dumping their meme folders. It’s like shitposting, but there is no driving need to make it shitty.
I feel like most people just ignore, or are unaware, of that rule. I definitely didn’t know about it, I’ve been to 196 a few times and never posted (and likely never will). My point is that most of those “rule” posts are likely regular users adding another meme layer to their shitpost.
