    Why does the executive branch have any say over the judicial branch? Shouldn’t they operate independently of each other?

      That would be the Constitution.

      I believe Article II, Section 2.

      We have reached the point where politics has so deeply invaded all levels of government that the system is broken beyond repair. Now, it’s just a battle for the soul of the monster.
