It’s not entirely true because the USA military has been using Red Hat for a while.

    Are there FOSS military hardware that our newly found Linux army can use? I’m sure there’s open source handguns and rifles, but I’m talking like jets, anti-air guns, artillery, tanks, and helicopters.

    Kinda need these things for a peer-to-peer conflict.

      There’s some folks on twitter who have been documenting making working open-source Panzerfausts (AT), Fliegerfausts(AA), and Flash incendiary (AP) launchers. Kind of amusing because they’re actually legal in some US states as long as they’re registered.

      Zagros rifles are pretty well documented as long-range rifles built from unused ZSU-23 (anti-air) barrels.
