This one they updated to 1 tablespoon bread yeast, but old recipe was 1.5. i think 1.5 Tbsp of yeast tastes better. Artisan Bread in 5 minutes recipe. No machine no kneading. Best bread I have ever eaten. This one they updated to 1 tablespoon bread yeast, but old recipe was 1.5. i think 1.5 Tbsp of yeast tastes better.
