Ding ding ding we have a winner!
They are probably just priming people to shoot anyone in the head that have been “declared” zombies.
Hey guys! It turns out all liberals are really zombies. You know what do to.
Isn’t it funny that some of the most armed people are also the least polite.
This is the way. This technology is too critical to our future to leave in the hands of the private sector at this point.
Simply put propaganda works. If you allow people to spread hate then it grows. I don’t think you have ever been a person on the receiving side of hate where a group of people want you to cease to exist, to take your rights away, or to torture you.
In our modern world if you spread intolerance you are shunned and deplatformed. That is a big improvement compared to the past. It is not perfect either.
You mentioned people get silenced unfairly or cut short because of pushing boundaries. This weighs heavy on your thought process imagining bogey men taking away people’s freedoms.
It is ultimately a naive and impractical viewpoint though borne out of privilege and lack of experience. This whole freedom of speech movement is a red hearing for hate speech and you bought into it trying to be reasonable. There is no reasoning with them and you are simply wrong.
Did they have to make it looks so ugly?
Oh I remember saying something along the lines of Ron Desantis was a dirty diaper and should be thrown out in the trash on a conservative Reddit.
The mods tried to have me banned over it and said I was harassing them. Unbelievable when all they did was talk smack about everyone. I learned when Reddit suspended my account over mods being butthurt that it was going down the drain.
Oh yes please stick with Apple. I don’t think I have ever heard of a better use case scenario.
Tesla, “We are fucking liars.”
They are at war therefore it is an attack not a “terrorist attack”. I am sure you can debate whether or not an attack during war time could be terrorist.
A terrorist attack is usually designed to cause psychological trauma and involves injuring civilian population. This was clearly an attack on the economy and I don’t agree with the Russian media that this is a terrorist attack. So I think the quotations make sense as it is a sign of sarcasm poking fun at Russia’s reporting.

The gist is hate speech is not protected in some European countries. For instance it is straight up illegal to be a Nazi and say Nazi propaganda in Germany.
The fear is the “left” is going to ban hate speech and they won’t be able to say racist and sexist things anymore.
Now that we have unlimited power we can finally extract all that gold!
-Musk, “Get your shovels ready lads, we are going to Mars!”
Free speech has significant limitations so this is kind of ridiculous. False information under the guise of news is a threat to the safety of citizens and is not a first amendment issue at all.
This pretending a document written by wealthy misogynist slaveholders hundreds of years ago trumps everything is bullocks. We have got to shut this line of thought down or we are going to be stuck with charlatans and 2nd amendment gun nutters forever.
I encourage you to lookup up Housing First if you have not already. While it may be misleading to say there are 16 million vacant home to half a million homeless people (32 homes for every homeless person), for the reasons you mentioned, it is entirely possible house these people.
No one who knows about this issue is thinking about warehousing people. Like you said they need a stable place to live, access to services, transportation, and work when they are ready.
Housing first is a proven strategy in dealing with homelessness. The fact that every state has not adopted these policies to help eliminate the homeless population shows this is more a cultural issue than a lack of housing.
According to the Census there are a lot more empty houses than homeless people. Let that sink in and you start to realize all is not what it seems.
Until someone is safe and has their basic needs met it is impossible to work on issues such as mental health and addiction.
The solution exists but it is going to take a lot of our time, money, and most importantly a cultural shift away from blaming people to accomplish it.
If we could fix our homelessness then we would show that we truly care about our citizens rather than just paying a lip service to our most vulnerable people.
It is a lot more complicated than that. There are strong cultural reasons we defunded them but in essence they had become so toxic it was best to close them.
I bought a old Imac at a thrift store and put XFCE on it. It was a great machine until the power supply finally gave out. I would do it again if I had the chance.
