Despite their reputation for being quick, my opinion is that Nintendo does often take their time. Most of the things they take down do exist for months or years (and also follow the same format of a ROM hack that got a lot of attention so easy copy paste). My assumption is they’re just dotting their i’s and crossing their t’s and patent is just what they think they’ll have the best chance at winning.
I’ve got a Z Flip 4 I’ve been daily driving for almost a year and a half now. The folding is quite convenient, especially with quick launch apps for like payments, but the main problem is the screen cover is peeling along the crease. It can be replaced but there’s no service centres in my city so I’d have to mail it

I’m just nitpicking but why are 7.7 and 6.6 arbitrary the thresholds for the colour change? Also, why is one 6.6 red while another two are yellow?

I did originally have some issues and did some searching that there used to be firefox issues that are now resolved. Mine were fixed by restarting my VPN, but otherwise no problems.
The fine increases for every day they don’t comply.
The fine was issued last October, though I’m unsure if legal proceedings put a halt to the counter
