Sidology 1 & 2 are both pretty good. Anthem Apocalyptica holds a special place in my heart, though.
I tend to agree with what you’re saying about the shallowness of the story and missions. GTA5 is beautiful in terms of landscape and visual design, but there’s not much substance there. I like to play once in a while just to kind of wander around and enjoy the scenery, but it isn’t very engaging to me beyond that. To each their own I suppose.
Remakes: Yes Remasters: No
I don’t like when they remake a game I loved but they add a bunch to it like new gameplay mechanics, or make changes to stories or characters. That being said not all remakes are bad, probably most are just fine, but really not my cup of tea.
I greatly prefer a straight remaster. Just update the graphics, remaster the sound, maybe add a little more details to the game world, and I’m a happy dude.
The heroes Lemmy needs
I look back at my childhood as the ‘good ole days’ mostly because of the no responsibilities thing. The more I learn about what stuff was really going on in the 90’s/2000s, the more I see there was no good ole days, just times when I was insulated from the harsh realities of the world.
Agreed, it was a steep learning curve just to even figure out how to use it. The concept of Lemmy is amazing but like you said, finding content is very unintuitive.
I think if there was some kind of database or reference for instances and the communities they have, it would be way easier to find what you’re into. Somebody way smarter than me should look into that ;)
Yeah pretty much this. Not much point to me following the political discourse and all that, all it’ll do is just make me angry and depressed.
Sounds like somebody straight from hell
