The daddy issues and fireballs are very on point actually, a lot of those boys have really vacant, mean, or just plain generic dads, and then the kids end up working for them the rest of their life. Thankfully I just visited a few times.
I’ve spent an unfortunate amount of time in Oxford and on that campus, and I would rather gnaw off my right arm at the elbow than to have to see those smug, punchable faces again, in person. The video was like someone opening a vault in my head I had tossed the key for.
It’s really disconcerting seeing people like that, essentially maxing out at that age as individuals. Beyond their college years they just age and continue to put others down for the fun of being assholes. They will go far. Some of them will even go on to do big things, like further the class divide.
And wear what you want but fuck that shit those kids wear. Bargain bin ass looking Ken dolls.
Every other corp out there thanks Boeing for lowering the bar further.
Thank you for your research.
For real I had that written out but couldn’t remember if they sold spatulas.
That’s like, what… The cost of three “Made in USA” Williams Sonoma credenzas?
I actually don’t personally know any Biden supporters to verify that statement. I do, however, know many people who will vote for a second term of this second-quartile-ranked president rather than the bottom quartile anaerobic bacteria that we had before. Those people are very painfully aware that not much is “fine” and the US–and the rest of the worldwide governments–have a long way to go.
Most rational people realize that we don’t need a middling, above-average option as president, we need literal superheros as politicians in all seats of all branches of government. That will never happen. However, I’m one of like a thousand who vote in my local elections (not just general), which is insane considering the size of my district. It all starts small. If you want to dismantle a compromised DNC, tear it out by the roots, not the head.
I’m very glad these folks are standing up for what they think is necessary, even in the face of establishment antagonism and some unhinged cops. I hope this spreads like wildfire. We have bigger things to tackle as a species in the year 2024 than stopping sponsored genocide. The sooner we can put pressure on Israel to cease their onslaught, the better.
[…] carrying out what is likely the highest number of protest-related arrests there since the Vietnam War.
That’s pretty telling of the state of things.
Fucking christ that’s a lot of people.
Yeah the ENT specialist I saw was three months after I was referred by my general physician, because that’s the earliest they had available.
There’s nothing admirable about US heathcare (at no fault of the healthcare workers, let me be clear).
How timely! American here who just received a bill for scoping my sinuses by an ENT specialist: insurance covered $28 out of the $415 procedure. This is on top of the $70 copay I owe for the $195 office visit. So all accounting factored in, I owe $450 for what I thought was going to be $70.
Because it was billed through insurance, the provider’s hands are tied in terms of further negotiation. I would bet if I had gone in as a cash patient, I’d be much better off.
The icing on the cake is that the scoping procedure was non-conclusive.
The US healthcare insurance system is the ultimate way to make money fast, for little effort. As long as you’re on the right side of it, that is.
I hope Germany wakes up
Pretty wild that we happen to live in a perfect little time period for capitalizing on dead plants and animals which have turned into energy sources over millenia. It’s also pretty wild how we’ve made a lot of things out of these dead plants and animals when it will be a bit of a wait until we get more of these dead plants and animals again.
We’re just like ants finding a sugar cube. But with more at stake in some ways.
What a shit company. Super successfully shit.
Thanks, worked for me
