I’m in the 1%
I’m in the 1%
I feel like everyone misunderstood my stupid joke, that was my point
Europeans trying to be on the right side of history for once in their life:
They’re job providers, we need to give them all the tax breaks
Boom, merge conflict. The only thing left to me is force push and delete everyone’s changes.
Why? The fat used is sausage drippings. I can’t see how that doesn’t count is a gravy, even if you’re being very pedantic about it (which you are).
Sometimes my work takes a while and other people push in the meantime. Guess I’m dying the fire.
Honestly why? I’ve actually been seeing too much generic boring meme content on here and if anything I want to see less of it.
It’s not their responsibility to make a proprietary shithole os easier to use
Try Ubuntu, you can uninstall the baked in spyware
Fine but whatever you think about js, dynamic languages have certain advantages, and trying to turn it into another java or c# is a stupid endeavor. You’re not “fixing” javascript by making it more like java.
My comment was obviously devoid of any nuance, I am on programmer humor after all. I actually do use typescript, but I think fixing issues in application code that isn’t used by other code is a waste of time. I also think there are lots of advantages of a very dynamic language, like usable REPLs and much easier debugging. We can take these advantages way further by embracing the dynamic nature of javascript, like how lisps do it for example. But instead, everyone is happy going down the route of turning it into another c# (nothing against c# but we don’t need all languages to be c# and java).
I prefer to think of it as maybe don’t shoehorn a shitty type checker into a dynamic language. Honestly I think people who get excited about typescript should fuck off and go write java instead.
The way allah intended
How will that be a failure? They’ll have finished the ethnic cleansing of the region and added more land. Another terrorist attack that kills a few people will just give them another casus belli to do another genocide somewhere else, probably in the west bank next.
This isn’t a war. A powerful and western-backed military state dropping chemical weapons on innocent civilians in response to a terrorist attack that those civilians had nothing to do with isn’t a war. It’s just a slaughter.
When have Palestinians invaded Israeli land? Israelis are still creating illegal settlements right now.
But more importantly, this genocide is not a two way street. There are terrorist attacks but that pales in comparison to an all out genocide. When have Palestinians leveled whole neighborhoods or dropped chemical weapons on people? Israelis are determined to kill or at least displace the millions of remaining Palestinians and it’s disingenuous to say that’s the same thing the Palestinians are doing.
So basically the boomer queue ensures that cashiers have a job, and it ensures that I don’t have to be treated like a criminal because the cashiers are bagging the groceries and I won’t be subjected to “random controls”. I’m not seeing the negative.
The Israeli right: flatten the whole place, I want to salt the earth so they have nowhere to return to and they’re destroyed forever.
Israeli moderates: the IDF can have a little white phosphorous, as a treat
