Lile with Pavel Kushnir, somehow Russia is jailing and killing their brightest.
Did I say something stupid enough that you needed to check my profile?
Good, that was on purpose.

It’s odd how often I <java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException> myself as well.
I wouldn’t worry unless it tells you to feed it a cat.
Oddly relevant video to both your comment and the post: https://youtu.be/VhJ7NmU6lJI

My reaction as well. At least Terry Pratchett left us too early but he is not touched by any of this shit.
I meant it as him and Gaiman being friends.
An actor? As a President?
They should have called it Friend Computer instead.
What? By whose standards? Mussolini’s?
Cut one head, another takes its place.
Ah, a lesser known Daft Punk song.
Did you made a deal with Death?
Finally I will be able to drive a thousand miles instead of walking them.
Most will. In wild dog packs, puppy survivability is around 5%. In comparison with their the closest relative, the gray wolf’s puppies have a 91 ~ 95% chance of surviving.
That OST is full of great tracks.
It looks like teabags to me. But also this is the most Life-of-Brian-esque thing I’ve seen in a lalala long long li long long time.
Maybe our Lord didn’t want to protect him but he’s out hunting firefighters as they are putting out fires.
Maybe he likes to watch things burn.
Hip, Hip, Hurrah! comes from a Norwegian-Dutch painter that makes fantastic captures of life “as it is” in my opinion. Not what you’ve asked but this is a favorite of mine: https://www.wikiart.org/en/peder-severin-kroyer/in-the-store-during-a-pause-from-fishing-1882
Plus anything on the beach is fantastic from this author.
Jan Steen (the author from The Broken Eggs) has a deep repertoire of people just “cooked”, having great fun, with lots of color.
If you enjoyed Gin Lane, you could also pair it with “Beer Street”, from the same author: https://www.royalacademy.org.uk/art-artists/work-of-art/beer-street-1
Basically this author thought that Beer is great, but Gin is rubbish, and his depiction of both are fantastic. Plus, as any interior designer worth their salt would say, “it’s a conversation piece”. ;)
laziness is a symptom IMO, often a self-protection mechanism out of fear.
I’ve met many people that decided they’ll rather not do the thing than see themselves fail and prove whomever triggered that fear right.
Also IMO, when wired differently, some tasks are easier and some tasks take more work, but if we let ourselves (and others) judge us for how easy or hard a task is for us, we condition ourselves to avoid the latter.
Then again, I know people that had the right support behind them, and even though they initially sucked donkey balls at the thing, they powered through it and became mediocre, but very happy.
I want to be mediocre and happy. :)
Note: There’s no judge harsher than ourselves.
