What was that older one now, with the biggest game map in the world at the time? I think dirt.
Very beautiful atmospheric game with a lonely feel but fun driving
Thank you! I’m a staunch believer that most of you don’t think about how much prior knowledge you need just to be able to use Linux, let alone not break things.
It’s 2009 wake up
Gonna say, who you calling trash
I’m not a dev, but don’t they have like a/b updates or at least test their updates in a sandbox before releasing them?
This is absolutely the attitude he was just talking about, you can’t agree, then add a “but”
Linux is not the fix for all that ails you, and it’s especially not the fix for non tech-savvy people, which as a reminder, is most people. Lemmy is not a good baseline for this because we’re all savvy enough to get onto the fediverse in the first place, which in itself is very confusing if you’re non tech savvy or coming from a place like reddit, where things are so fundamentally different.( Which i know for a fact most of you have experienced at some point)
Well there’s always room for new experiences
Hey well I’m glad you found a little niche you were able to truely enjoy, I can’t imagine having a childhood where you don’t even have a single one
I doubt it, this repair was just a keyboard assembly, I’ve done the repair myself, there’s no reason to replace the mobo, also the bios that’s listed in the downloads section is this old one. Which wouldn’t even be a problem if I still had the option to do certain things
I just love the line, “grandpa zhang, who collects military and historical newspapers as a hobby spotted the documents at a stall”
Such a grandpa thing to do
China’s State Security Ministry reported that two military personnel were tasked with shredding 200 secret military documents, but instead sold them to a recycling plant for less than $4 total.-
A retiree named “Grandpa Zhang” then purchased 4 volumes of these confidential documents from the recycling plant for only 85 cents.- Realizing the documents were marked “confidential” and “secret”, Zhang reported them to authorities. The State Security Ministry then seized the documents.-
The ministry criticized the military personnel involved for their “weak sense of confidentiality” and “greed for convenience’s sake”, but said the incident did not result in a significant intelligence leak.-
The ministry used this incident as part of a push to encourage the public to report national security lapses through a hotline
I don’t usually care about news from China, but I did find a bit of humor in this
Why did you use AI to write this? And why are you posting on a 10month old post?
Nah you good i didn’t think so, I’m just sharing my personal thoughts on the matter
I mean I guess I could see that, I’m sure everyone has their own preferences about lighting.
Though I will say most of the floor lamps in my house do rise above a person who’s standing up, otherwise they have a light pointing down.
I mean I’ve been hearing it since like 2018, it’s just an easier way to say you have some disorder or another without really getting specific.
Also humans just love classifying themselves so that probably has a bit to do with it
I mean I’ve had her stare at it with me for a couple of minutes and she was adamant she couldn’t see what I saw, i had to take out my phone camera and show her the frame rate flickering
Im pretty sure by mood lighting they aren’t referring to lights built into the actual floor. I think they just mean less intense lighting like lamps, string lights or LED color lighting.
I don’t even think I’ve ever seen a house with floor lighting indoors
Wait they can’t? Although now that I think about it, there’s certain cheap LED lights that I can see the flicker and my girlfriend cant
Wait undertale is only 9 years old? It feels like a lot longer
