Then just switch to the symbols tab by clicking the omega symbol and chose å Alternatively, you can install PowerToys, which includes a quick accentuator tool.

Or get a laptop with a numpad. I am so used to Alt+num that I’d donate to someone to implement it in the Linux libinput, and I’m not alone.
