People can afford fast food, it’s McDonalds that has become too expensive.
I’m just gonna say, if the cost of fast food and
restaurantmicrowaved-table-served- food is the same, the I’d rather choose the latter.
McDonald’s sales are slumping because their prices are not competitive.
Maybe it’s that the quality-price ratio is completely off the charts for McDs
Lets put it this way: they could not afford it health-wise all the time, but suddenly, they cannot afford it financially, too!
They are not slumping enough. Shit food, for shitty prices.
I usually just get a coffee
I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a few years but I stopped into one for breakfast on a recent road trip and discovered that a single hash brown is now $2.50 plus tax!
Realistically, a hash brown probably should cost that much when you consider the number of people involved in creating, transporting, and serving it to you but I don’t think we’re seeing wages support that.
