I started reading The Manager’s Path by Camille Fournier and have really appreciated how straightforward and relevant it is.

I haven’t read many management books but there are several on my list. The New One Minute Manager has probably been the most impactful.
Other books on my desk waiting to be read are: Elevate Your Team by Robert Glazer and I Love it Here by Clint Pulver.
