The legumes are pretty much bs though (except peanuts) as those are dry weight, cooked weight drops Pinto beans to 9 grams of protein. Protein density drops because bean weight increases through absorption.

A coworker showed me a video yesterday on their phone, I said ‘holy hell what is this shit? This is what it looks like for you?’ And opened it in Tubular. They had no idea such a thing existed.
I rarely watch videos because I prefer to read. The people I work with spend a vast amount of their free time watching YouTube and TikTok. They just seem to zone out, or be really interested when an ad comes on.
Did you try pressing it harder? That seems to not work for my boss.

What they don’t say is how much it would cost to provide these services locally. The U.K. wants to send their immigrants to Rwanda. Integrating people into local culture is a net benefit, and generally less expensive, for those whose primary concern is cost, not human lives. Ostracizing them and separating the from their families is what does harm.
This is just more off shoring racism.
The problem is complex, efforts like this do not make things better.

You can look at something like https://www.deviceinfo.me/ to see what just a browser can identify. When you connect to an account obviously the service has many more details.
