Ooooh, like that video where every piece fits in the square hole!
Just your typical internet guy with questionable humor
Ooooh, like that video where every piece fits in the square hole!
Title mentions speaking italian
Not a single hand gesture anywhere
I’ve been duped
Or they knew they weren’t going to last more than 1 year, so why not spend all that tasty VC money?
It’s an ok game, I think the first and biggest letdown is the 2D movement. While broadsides are fun, automatic turrets are taking care of everything for me so I only need to keep turning around to keep shields up.
I can relate. For a long time, I was all about a tower desktop, because I could upgrade it as needed. Last one I had I built in 2014, but didn’t upgrade it in any capacity until 2017, when I gave it to my brother. If I wanted a better graphics card, I’d have to get a new PSU, and I also needed a better screen over my then 12 year old, 15" LCD screen. I didn’t buy anything new outright as I was short on cash, so I spent the next 2 years using a laptop I bought back in 2012, which even played Fallout 4 on medium! That time with it really made me appreciate the form factor and portability
I’m happy with a 17" laptop, though I’m having to use a usb keyboard. Also playing a game from 2015, Rebel Galaxy. Nothing really stands out, but it’s interesting enough for my tastes.
Google keeps letting us down, tho
It’s created and backed by Google, so that’s no doubt Jamie’s main beef.
Also, when it first came out, most OSs didn’t have native support, so saving a webp locally, you could only open it via a browser, or you installed a non native image viewer, not unlike jpegs and gifs during Windows 95
Side note, I personally use nomacs as my default image viewer in Win10 - https://nomacs.org/
By strategically placing them on the floor, you can get a bonus dose!
If not that 90+ man, someone else is bound to get really interested in playing Flight Simulator, or anything else you might leave there. Bonus points if you throw in a flight stick.
You know the worst part about flat design? Fucking “hamburger menu”. Fuck that shit.
The second worst part? “Text? Lol get real, old man!” Menus that don’t have text so I have to guess what the fucking icons mean on every different app/site.
No idea. Whoever uploaded to KYM didn’t say it, nor are there any comments there.
“bUt hE WoRkEd So HaRd tO aChIEvE iT!!”
We all know this is just for clout. It’s unlikely that Bill goes to any McD anywhere, that’s “below” him, but it still generates bait for brainwashed “entrepreneurs”, who see this as “success attracting success”. It’s not. It’s money wanting to show off to different money. You know how heads of state often gift one another useless trinkets as a token gesture? This is that.
Nooooooo! If only one of those filthy right-clickers had saved a copy, but now all is lost!
As a point of comparison, in the last place I worked, the main project had over 600MB of javascript dependencies it pulled from node. Plus 300MB of python libraries for Django and whatever else.
At my current job, preparing your environment for development of one “isolated” php system will need at least 3GB of dependencies. Even the main programmer behind it has no clue how it happened or why.
Earth Defense Force 4 or 5 can be good “training” games. They’re 3rd person shooters, you’ll spend more time moving around than aiming, since your targets will be giant insects, giant spiders, giant aliens and giant alien ships. Even playing online with randos is fine and fun, and I say that as a similar 30+ yo dude.
It’s a grindy game tho and, much like Dynasty Warriors, you should NOT let your pride dictate that you should “start with hard”. Go with medium and, if shit gets too hard, drop down to easy, get better weapons and more health, then come back with a vengeance
