I’m assuming you are new to Samsung? They are the kings of junk software.

15 years? This is all going to happen quickly. I give it 5.
Safe bet if you are on threads, Lemmy, or Reddit, you’re probably pooping.
It’s fundamentally backwards. I miss times when tech people ran technology.
Wow. Did not know that. That’s crazy. Let’s cripple something running on a more powerful processor and with a bigger screen and full keyboard? That’s just backwards and terrible.

I was shocked at how little dog stuff there was on Lemmy. I assumed it would be one of the bigger subs. I used to hang out in a sub with just my breed, now I’m with a community the size of a kindergarten class that is just for canines in general.
Exactly. If traveling alone hotel every time. As a couple? Hotel gets crampy after about 3nights and not having a kitchen can get to you if you like to cook. Kids? Hell no - no hotel.
This infographic brought to you by someone selling gnarly watermelons.
I’m saying people should be aware there isn’t evidence that flossing is all that beneficial for cavity protection. Therefore recommendations to do it are speculative and anectodotal. A lot of people assume it’s a scientific fact like recommending people stop smoking or losing weight, but it’s not even close to those.
Oh man. Here we go. Reddit has a huge pro-flossing bias and it’s leaking over with all the refuges apparently. This gets me downvoted to absolute oblivion on reddit and likely will here as well, but I just want to remind everyone this is all anectodotal information. There’s not strong evidence that you really need to floss, so don’t let these flossers guilt you if it’s not your thing. I’m maybe a bit of an anti-dentite I guess, but buzz feed did a nice article on this and many sources also picked up the ap newsfeed on the lack of scientific data for this commonly pushed practice :
I’m downvoting you. You point out a good example of why it really is that bad and then go on to say it’s not that bad. I disagree and think it’s pretty bad.
Something happened to online recipes over the past few years. They all follow this very painful almost identical format now, smattered with ads. There is usually a link up top to go to recipe which helps jump to what you actually wanted to see. As mentioned, paprika is a good extracter and archive and also does portion ratios for you.
Dude, scrolling by this on connect and panicked that the ads were already hitting Lemmy!
Nothing like a good nutmeg jerkpaste.
My recs:
At least one cast iron skillet and or wok (try wokshop.Com) don’t spend a ton of money on these. You just don’t need to.
A nice thick bottomed stainless pan (I prefer mirror bottom) this is where you need to spend a bit of money - makes a difference, get the best you can afford.
Two to three cheap nonstick pans - more money doesn’t get you a whole lot here, these lose their nonstick properties after a few years of heavy use. I work these hard and replace every 2-3 years.
Dutch oven. Get one. Recommend lodge - similar quality to the French brand and like 1/5th the cost.
If you want to score some Lemcoins to use on here just let me know. I’ll send you a bitcoin link that will allow you to buy them while they are still cheap and Lemmy is on the ground level.
