I ensured bios were setup, attempted to install and it didn’t even show an error when selecting to install or live test and install. The device just restarted and nothing.
I’m actually going to give it another try, I made a fresh USB for it, it’s worth a fair attempt. I know the GPU is gonna probably be unusable, but I was looking at Qubes for 80% of my tasks.

I’ve probably had less then a dozen web ads in the last year, I’ve blocked them as much as possible.
My main issue is I paid for Windows and still get ads, its annoying. But I comprehend your perspective. It wouldn’t have bothered me as much if a “Do not remind me again” option was there.
What I’m probably going to do is reinstall windows 11, complete updates, run de-bloater. Then install Ubuntu along side windows (super easy) and disable Ubuntu Telemetry. Use Ubuntu as primary for just about anything, have a win VM if I can use it or worst case Windows still available if I absolutely need it.
I wanted to try Quebes but my device isn’t compatible. Having Win installed, I could use it strictly for gaming too if I wanted.

I’m in a very small town, we only have a bar. $100/mo for 500mb/s up and down, at least I actually get that though. Rarely is it less, but they also hooked us all up with fiber when they ran the fiber thru the center of the city. Price is also largely because they are literally the only internet provider unless you go with satellite – which I was considering but with the weather here…probably not ideal.

Same issue here but on mobile I picked NewPipe.
Desktop I just book marked my subs, signed out and enabled adblock. Loving it.
I called it a bad bot because it’s become annoying, I strictly only use NewPipe on mobile because I like the features. I see this as nothing more than mass advertising with a bot to auto correct ppl.
However, with the bots I’ve seen here both piped.video and piped.yt do not work on my desktop or mobile devices, I have tried troubleshooting it but it’s not worth too much time when I can just view the direct YT using adblock and still not have any issues.
There is no reason the website should require me to turn off protections or other things if my current settings work on YouTube already.
It is also annoying that I have bots turned off in my settings and for some reason this bot that goes around making messages is the only one I see anywhere.
Bad bot, NewPipe works great but the piped website is horrible and I have yet to get it to even play a video with default settings.
It’s a pretty long read but overall it’s very informative and interesting if IT history is your thing. Even better if you use text to speech.
I personally use FlorisBoard on Graphine OS and I’m quite happy with it. Been using it for over a month now, it did take a couple days to get used to it.
