And how does one do that while meming “the man, the myth, the legend”?

No, if they want to be gendered appropriately, they should have it in their username.
I always railed against this. I’m using clockwise-lockwise from now on.
I guess this is that sign for me to talk to someone who would know if something happened to me and get it officially confirmed. I’ve been going over and over whether I should, but this solidifies it.
I loved my DS Lite. It was so smooth and compact and could play GBA games. I also still play my 3ds.
How would he pull this off though with Biden as president? They didn’t even make it with all their efforts when the white house was on their side, but now it’s not. I believe he would if he could, but I don’t think it’s a viable option this time around.
She’s high on all that communism.
I wish she wanted communism! Then I would be excited instead of just lukewarm about voting for her.
At least not in the cities!
Hopefully it wasn’t spit…
The bar was actually closed so I didn’t have a chance to find out.
Not when your base wants to victimize the libs. If he’s turning up the rhetoric, I hope the SS is all over Kamala at all times.
Is there no one in the Democratic party who can actually come up with a coherent vision of the future and inspire people to follow it?
This is why I think Pete Buttigieg should throw his hat in if they do have a primary. He just had a Bill Maher interview that just went viral because he knows how to talk to the common people. I think his visions are inspiring, he’s done a lot of work for his department, and he isn’t afraid to walk across party lines and go on Republican shows to talk about the real problems. He’s smart enough to smash Trump in a debate, calling out all his lies, and even if Trump is too scared to debate him, he has no problem laying out Trump’s lies elsewhere coherently and cognitively.
Thanks, you were the only one to tell me! 07 fellow leftist.
And If you don’t mind, I’d like to take a moment to try to start a new tradition:
Each year on your Fediverse cake day, in response to the first person who wishes you happy cake day, you must tell the story of how you came to be here in the Fediverse. Here is mine:
This is my first Cake Day as I started a year ago when I joined Lemmy.world and Kbin and Mastodon all at the same time. I left from Reddit after the AMA with u/spez. I knew at that point he wasn’t relenting on the third-party apps and the loss of access for me personally, but mostly for the deaf and blind community, showed me that the CEO had no intention of putting accessibility over profit. I was an Apollo user and I was looking for an alternative while also browsing Reddit - using them as a resource, as I always had - and I was seeing censorship abound. Reddit was blocking mentions of alternative sites, blocking discussion about Spez, and the subs were rising up. I used those last few months of Apollo to help with the protests (John Oliver in /pics) and watched the proletariat attack the bourgeoisie for the rights of the people.
Then I started going full fediverse, posting Pokémon Cards on Kbin in a lovely group with three people in which I hope to return to some day when life settles. But Lemmy had the quantity and quality I was looking for. I joined .world at first because I didn’t know what was best, but switched to Midwest.social when .world blocked Hexbear. Went from pc to phone when the apps came out. Went from Memmy to Thunder because Thunder supported Hexbears stickers! And here I am, one year later!
Beehaw is more lib left. Try hexbear.net
I saw like one person mention it, so I want to mention it too. Have you tried programming? If you haven’t, go to freecodecamp.org and try one of the first couple of courses. It’s what I’m going to peruse after 13 years of a meh job.
Honestly, don’t worry about that. It’s more worth it to go to school and do something you want, even if it takes longer, because you’ll save time and money in the long run.
You sound like me when I started uni. I actually just picked something I thought I was good at. It took me 8 years and a mountain of debt to graduate (I don’t suggest this route). Now, after 13 years in this profession, I’m trying to do something different.
It might help to hear what you’ve studied so far, as well as your interests, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
Could it be our weakness to act that is encouraging more genocides?
No, they just believe in the honesty of people. Well, that and they probably also figured that having an aggregate of answers and the upvote/downvote system, they can ferret out a response.
