It wouldn’t be dangerous at all to do that. They can be dangerous because the cells are unprotected, so if you short the ends together with something a lot more conductive than your fingers (eg metal) the cell will very quickly overheat and possibly catch fire, since there’s no protection circuit to detect and cut off current when a short is detected.
These are cells that are meant to be assembled into larger battery packs by electronics manufacturers, like laptop batteries or e bike batteries.
The cells are fantastic for flashlights, lasers, and vapes, but Samsung does not sell them to end consumers and wishes other companies would not do that either but fuck Samsung I’m not stupid.
Unrelated to the main post but your comment brings up a point I think is important for society to understand. “pedophiles are afraid to seek help.” Pedophilia is a mental disorder and doesn’t inherently mean someone is a criminal, or ever will become one. I would be shocked if Russia did, the west has been pretty limited with allowing Ukrainian strikes with western systems on Russia even to this day. Like it or not I don’t think they would attempt to strike another country because they are scared of relatiation.

Maybe invest in an external drive you can copy important files to. Dual booting is usually issue free but it’s always possible to have data loss in general. Data loss, especially data that is personally important to you is a tragedy.
I started with Zoro which is a windows look alike, tried mint and a few other distros but ultimately landed on Fedora.
Fedora has been great and I haven’t been tempted to leave since trying it out a few years ago.
