I normally pirate audio books and purchase them physically for our bookshelves around the house because I like the look and supporting the author but I like listening a lot more.
The Morning Show is also pretty good.
Still salty Hello Tomorrow! doesn’t seem to get a season two.

1·6 months agoFWIW ive used Google for about ten years for email and have never modified my DNS records. They seem extremely stable.
It’s basically a Gmail account with a custom domain.

Consider a situation like Texas right now where abortion went from a normal, legal thing to something that you can be fined and jailed for.
Would such a person be OK with the state having access to their medical records so they could jail or fine them?
People need to understand that much of privacy precautions are “layers” of security against “what if” scenarios that can sometimes be very real.
5·7 months agoNo, due to the physical location of the sats. A much lower orbit and light delay only adds like 30ms of latency, versus HighesNet with something in the realm of 700ms.
Rule 1: don’t dig straight down.
Rule 2: the first night must always be hiding in a dirt hole.

I really hope the flying mechanics are more fluid than NMS but they look similarly hokey.
How does it handle push notifications? If they come from googles push service then they’d be exploitable as well.
