At this point, migrating them to the west bank and then just closing off the borders with Palestine would probably be best. Pull back the Israeli settlers, give Palestine any lands that are majority Palestinians, and just shut off contact with them. The two sides aren’t going to come to a unified living situation in the next 100 years, so giving them plenty of space to be their own nation and treating them like any other nation would be best.

That would be in the west bank, not Gaza. Gaza has very steady borders and no encroachment for a long time and Gaza is where the attack came from.

There’s simply no way to build in a backup system here. It wasn’t a matter of getting them down but getting them out of their seats without falling. Even if it had a roof, you can’t open the seats and have users dump out. Could easily kill someone

It’s horrible but trying to force-ably separate them at this point would only lead to the minors being hidden from view, deepening the abuse. Additionally, the minors are highly unlikely to actually leave their spouse, no matter how bad their situation is. Adding fuel to the “society doesn’t want us together” would only serve to deepen the minor’s distrust in everyone but their spouse, making it much harder to help them from any ongoing abuse.

Maybe pig colons are next up on the transplant list.

The real reason it takes time is because we try not to harm people even in experimental drug testing. It would be much faster to simply toss shit at the wall and see what sticks, but that’s not exactly humane. So we have to find analogues that hopefully mimick humans will enough, but they don’t really work well. So it takes lots of time to build up enough evidence with those preliminary tests to convince the safety board to allow human trials. Then trials have to slowly scale up to limit the amount of people harmed by unforseen effects with a lot of time between as the safety board reviews the previous results before allowing the next test.

It’s all good to do, but it does make development frustratingly slow sometimes. Especially when people are actively dying waiting for the new drugs.

Though Linux the kernel might be stable and considerate, Linux the ecosystem is not.

Windows is also ridiculously good at backwards compatibility. Mac frequently just breaks old software and Linux is largely unconcerned because they assume anyone that cares will find a way. That backwards compatibility is over of the major keys to Windows success with developers.

I would say the expanding foam would still be preferred. Just don’t go crazy with it. Then before it’s fully cured, cut it back flush. Wait for it to dry then caulk to cover/seal.

That’s because neither actually got hit with a dip in playerbase due to the hate. The players were all happy. It was outsiders yelling at people to stop enjoying themselves. Eventually they moved on and the players just continued having fun.

It takes effort to rebel this hard. That effort should be rewarded not squashed. Eventually they’ll find something that interests them and their effort will be naturally put into improving that. Basically, don’t kill a child’s spirit.

Salt Lake City is coming up in public transit. There’s a decent light rail and a pretty well spaced bus network. Frequency is a major issue though.
