Mine too, but now I’m worried they’ll just sell off the remaining assets and close the doors.

Trump supporters are to Trump what Trump is to the Republican party.
They thought they could harness the crazy. Now they face growing existential threats for not being crazy enough.
The find out phase is getting spicy!
Insert your Russian nesting doll of consequences jokes below.
The image doesn’t open for me. But I guess the joke still works in a way.
It’s like $30 to feed me and two elementary aged children with no drinks. McDonald’s is the most expensive of all the fast food places. Arby’s is much better and often less expensive.
Pandering? Yes. Actually going to do it if allowed? Also yes.
To add to this, the US already has a universal symbol for pharmacies. It’s a capital R with the slanted leg extended past the bottom of the R and crossed to make a X.
We should have never stopped punching nazis
That’s probably not a bad approach in general, but sometimes shit matters.
I wish I understood this because it seems funny
I assume many people fell to the deck before they managed to get out above the water.
I used to agree that people should be able to vote directly on issues. Not sure where I land anymore. We seem way more vulnerable to propaganda than one would have expected.
If the status quo somehow carries on for another decade I wouldn’t be surprised if the 20% to 30% of extremist nuts becomes 50% or higher.
Wish I had a solution.
Man I thought for sure it was going to be a guy making allegations against Kanye

Not exactly what we’re talking about, but remember how your legs would feel after roller skating for a couple hours?
You’d have sea legs for a while afterwards where walking feels a bit like skating.
Guess that’s what a good lawyer will buy you.
She’s been careful to avoid making rulings because bad rulings can get her kicked off the case. Wherever possible, she reschedules, indefinitely postpones, or otherwise delays the trial because judges have a TON of say in how they schedule things.
She made a couple bad rulings early on and got reversed and admonished by a panel of judges. That’s two strikes.
She made another bad ruling about allowing redacted information in the defense’s filings to be seen by the public. Smith started the process of going to the other judges again, but she reversed her own bad ruling that time before it escalated to the other judges.
Now in this request she’s made another bad ruling. This may well be strike 3. Smith will certainly appeal to have the changes implemented. Whether he also brings up the other two incidents and asks for her to be removed is yet to be seen.
The thing is, you only get 1 chance to have the judge removed. And if it doesn’t work, you’re stuck with an even more hostile judge for the rest of the trial. Smith has to balance the need to have the trial before the election (already too late) against having enough justification for the extreme action of having a federal judge removed from a case against their will.
That’s logical. Nintendo’s lawyers don’t follow logic.
They’d eat a shit sandwich if they thought a liberal would have to smell it.
