Was gonna say, this meme is perfectly on brand and relatable for them. Not like they made a dumb mistake.

Isn’t that more general homophobia rather than transphobia since it’s the rainbow flag?

when your gay friend is falling of a cliff and you catch them by extending out your foot so they can hold on (your other foot is glued to the ground so you don’t fall of yourself), thus saving their life

Traitorous confederate dogs. Lincoln should’ve ordered Sherman to execute the leadership, and deport the rest. Now we have this.

He was going to give the south a hand up with reconstruction, and we all know how he was rewarded for his generosity. Any problems the South is facing now are entirely of their own creation.

      Sigh…

That’s the Confederate Battle Flag in its modern representation (also known as the Rebel Flag). It’s based upon the Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia. It’s an enduring symbol from the American Civil War between the United States of America (The Union), and the Confederate States of America (the Confederacy).

It’s really always been a symbol of bigotry. Some folks say it represents “heritage not hate”, but the reality is that it’s representative of a heritage of hatred, and to deny that to be willfully ignorant at best.

So yeah… it’s not the American flag, but it’s definitely still around and it makes me sad every time I see it.

Other person explained it. But I really want to drive one point home. That is the flag of an enemy state. The Confederacy was not part of the United States of America. It is, was, and will always be the flag of an enemy state of the United States of America.

The stateless confederacy would like to make it known that they vewy, vewy don’t like people being attracted to people the stateless confederacy is not attracted to. They will not clarify why that is in any way problematic.
