The bill is cosponsored by 199 Democratic Representatives, and is being filibustered by Republicans.

and Biden and Prosecutor Harris are silent as usual
hard to blame just Republicans when Democrats have had the white house for four years
Hard to pass laws when the don’t have a majority in the house, and the republican caucus isn’t really willing to play ball.
I’ve seen enough administrations that do hold the house and senate still not be able to get anything done to know there is more to the story than this…
The party infighting takes over and they still struggle to get anything done.
Failing to repeal Obamacare after promising to for years yet once Trump was elected and Rs held the house and senate for two years still not being able to get it done comes to mind first. Though Ds have had similar failures too.
This is why Trump doesn’t get the pushback he should when he says he’s going to be a dictator. People already think presidents are dictators.
They could be personally advocating, door to door, to every US citizen, and it still wouldn’t change that this legislation is written and passed by Congress. It currently has 199 Democratic cosponsors, and is being filibustered by House Republicans.
I’m embarrassed by how little people are taught about how our government works in school.
