Why did Czechcoslovakia ban a pro german party? What are the long term consequences of Czechcoslovakia’s language laws?

Every nation suffers from the far right in the military and it should be dealt with. Like Wagner being founded by a neo nazi. Russia probably should denazify their military first. They don’t care though because their state actions reflect nazi aggression on Czechcoslovakia to a scary degree. You know what one of the bad things the nazis did was? Invading.

  • I don’t know how many Syrian merchants would be available to ukraine. I do feel like russia may be more willing to abandon Syria than lose to ukraine. Even without russia there will still be fighting for awhile between the groups in Syria. It’s just that the russian horse in that race will no longer be in debt to them. This isn’t good for russia I’m sure, but russia has already abandoned allies for this war. Armenia was calling in the equivalent to article 5 on russia again and again. They were left to rot. I don’t know how long it would take this to pay off. I can see putting pressure on them, but if you break them in Syria, it may just cause russia to pull all the troops from there and bring them to ukraine. There’s a careful dance to play here.

Edit, autocorrect changed mercenaries to merchants

  • He’s not even making an argument that would be anything like what the Supreme Court would hear. They pretty much never hear “I didn’t do it” arguments. In fact I’ve never heard of them hearing one. They hear “the law isn’t fair” arguments and if he wants to argue that they should, that sets a precedent that would make them have to hear a lot of “actually I didn’t do it” arguments from every two bit criminal on earth… I mean as long as the court actually cares about precedent or fairness… so when are they going to do the hearing?

  • The argument doesn’t just include American deaths, but Japanese deaths as well. You may not agree, but the us just finished in Europe far past the point where the war was effectively over, and there was the belief that the Japanese would always take it further than the germans. Part of it was the japanese war strategy. They wanted the enemy to think they would have to cut through them to the last man woman and child, to get them to give up. There was a belief that maybe a shock would do something, but there was also doubt to that. 7 more bombs were going to be ready to soften up japanese defenses during downfall. They thought they would have to do much more damage.

Edit: I messed up my words in a way that subtlety changed the meaning of a sentence.

  • Isis a US puppet? Fucking insane. The first two articles are from almost ten years ago. I’ll shit in Israel. Weren’t they funding Hamas back then too? I fully acknowledge that Israel wants this, but are you going to ask why won’t isis attack Israel’s puppet Palestinian? Is it because they are fellow Israeli puppet? The last link is reddit screenshots. I can see little else on the internet about it.

Edit: I did find an article which was under a pay wall where isis condemned Hamas eventually. They weren’t condemning them for attacking Israel though. They were basically condemning hamas for not being isis.

  • All other extremists? The guy who shot up Christchurch? Was his grievance legitimate? The guys who burn synagogues? When the kkk bombed a church killing 3 children? I don’t think they were from my view. They aren’t chaotic, but their rational is not based on things outside of religion. I don’t see that as npc things. They are human, and humans do not all see things the same. I’m not the one putting my views on them. They say they feel a way, and I believe them. For some reason you can’t. It must be the cia, or America. I’ll give you one thing. The circumstances that created them were certainly the fault of the US intentional or not.
