I tried it about a year ago. I don’t remember why I left it, but I think I did have a couple issues with it related to nvidia. I’ll try it again.

Can you give examples please?
Neither are regular, common people in botwasana.
It’s hard to estimate the cost, as it is internal to Iran and a government effort. But in general, air defense tends to be more expensive than whatever it is shooting down. In this case, I am certain it is orders of magnitude difference. Iran’s economy is in shambles, so they focus on cheap weaponry.
There were a couple of failures but I did not see solid evidence that its half.
Iran intentionally uses cheap weaponry. Their economy is struggling. They can’t afford to spend billions on an attack like the US and Israel do.
Iran excels in cheap weaponry, threw a bunch of them at Israel, overwhelming their systems by shear number, and costing billions to shoot them down.
Israel does not care because US pays the bill. US doesn’t care because taxpayer pays the bill. The taxpayer does not care because they think they can make the country better by voting, while the system slaves them away 40+ hours a week to serve the safety of a genocidal state.
The military has been in some war of another almost my entire lifetime. That’s not even counting when they’re doing messy proxy shit like advising opposition militias.
If recruiters for hitmen and assassins were everywhere and reached everyone easily, I still wouldn’t sympathize with those who thought its a good idea. Even if the recruits were spreading propaganda, I will judge anyone who falls for it.
Do you apply the same logic to those who join islamist terror organizations? Most of these organizations use even more propaganda tactics. They prey on troubled young people and convince them that they are embarking on a righteous mission. Their propaganda is even more powerful as it relates to religion, which is closer to one’s heart than patriotism typically.
At least in the military, you will immediately see that whatever they promised you is wrong. You’ll immediately see you’re attacking other countries that aren’t a threat to your people. Terror organizations will still see people they were convinced to be sinners, standing in their way of establishing the kingdom of God.
I don’t sympathize with either
I wish people cared more about middle Eastern people getting genocided by their own country (or their country aiding said genocide)
I highly doubt that there is no career option or field for them to go into other than mass murder. It doesn’t even pay that well! It’s just mid pay with good benefits.
Would you excuse someone becoming a hitman for the money? A mass murderer is far worse.
They do get a choice. They willingly joined an organization with a terrible track record.
I hope this is true but I’m not confident voters care about the middle east.
Would be funny if the world finally gets motivated to save the planet from climate change only so that the genocidal state can continue genociding in peace.
Call it whatever you want, I literally don’t care about emantics and I won’t argue them. It doesn’t discount the horror that Israel commits.
I think I understand your point of confusion. The original comment said this has been going on for thousands of years, and I meant to say that it only began around 1917. Although there was an Ottoman occupation before the brief Arab rule period, the Ottoman occupation did not have the turmoil and issues associated with the Zionist occupation.
Where did I make any self rule claims? Don’t see why it’s relevant.
Israel doing more genocide. Disappointing but not surprising.
Not really. The occupation only began in 1917 at the earliest categorization.
Pharma investors have a solid position and are already racking big profits from the continuous model of insulin treatments. A cure would be a detriment to their profits, so it’s not something they’re interested in funding.
No investor nowadays thinks a one-time-payment product is worthwhile. We’re already way past that.
This isn’t to mention that if you were an investor who decided you wanted to go ahainst that, that the other mega corporations (with more funds than most of those 5% individuals) wouldn’t engage in anti competitive practices to shut you down. Many companies had good products but still ultimately failed. I mean hell, the boeing events have shown us the lengths a corporation is willing to go to protect its profits, and that’s just what we heard of.
Unfortunately capitalism does not allow innovation to flourish like many of us were taught to believe.
